Promising reviews: "I was considering spending the extra $100 for the Razer Iskur but I’m so happy I went with this chair instead! This chair checks off all the boxes for me, personally. From comfort to ergonomics, it's fantastic. Cushion is just right and seats me great. Highly recommend!" —Julian

"This chair has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with my back! For years, my back would always be sore, and none of the chairs I would sit in would provide enough support for me. I game for long periods of time and I would be so uncomfortable. So I decided to buckle down and just spend the money after trying it out in the Razer store. As soon as I sat in that chair I felt instant relief. It’s firm, yes, but supports everywhere you need it and very flexible. Plus, it looks so nice and sleek. One thing, though, is that the way the seat is padded makes it hard to clean as crumbs get in the corners. But other than that I recommend." —Amazon Customer

It was pretty easy to assemble; I didn't even have to read the instructions. VERY SOLID BUILD. It fits me more comfortably than any other chair I've had. Promising review: "This chair is amazingly comfortable and sturdy. I am a larger guy (6'4" 300 pounds), and I have always had a hard time finding a computer chair that can feel good with my frame. I have had a couple of Secretlab chairs and other gaming chairs in the last couple of years, and this one is the most comfortable out of any of them. I use this chair 6–8 hours a day (sometimes longer if I fall asleep in it) and have never had any back or neck pain from sitting it so long. It is definitely worth the money, and at $100 less than the Secretlab Titan, a way better option in my opinion." —JD Fletch

Get it from Amazon for $469.99 (available in eight colors and two other styles).

Promising review: "I have so many compliments for this chair. First and foremost, as a woman in the gaming community, finding a good chair that fits me has always been a difficult task. This chair is perfect. I have NEVER found a chair that fits me correctly. Especially having the neck rest pillow in the correct place is so nice. The armrests are just right. The leg rest is just right. I am 5'5, and it is an absolute perfect fit. The cushion on this chair is an absolute dream! It is so comfortable and supportive. Not too firm or too soft. Feels strong and as if it will last. I have carpet in my room, and typically, on these types of chairs, you want a hard-surfaced floor. My carpet was no match for the wheels on this thing. The footrest is nice and sturdy. I've always had problems with flimsy leg rests in the past, but this one is sturdy, and I can actually use it. Super excited about that. Installation was easy. They provide easily decipherable text and images, as well as all the screws, bolts, and tools that you will need. I was on the fence about buying this but I couldn't be happier that I decided to go through with it. 10/10 recommend." —Ivy manning

I switched over to this Branch chair after using an oversized Razer Iskur gaming chair for years, and I've never looked back. It fits my frame better (my feet actually touch the floor!) and I no longer have the horrible back pain I would have after a few hours of sitting in my old gaming chair. I got mine in the "Sand" color and it looks beautiful at my white desk, no longer sticking out like an eyesore (and no obnoxious logo either).

All of the adjustments on the chair allow me to fine-tune my sitting position. The chair is also beautiful. Since my office is part of my bedroom, the chair seems more like a nice piece of home furniture instead of feeling like I'm in a work office space." —Anonymous

Promising review: "I have really enjoyed this chair so far! It was pretty simple to put together despite having trouble putting the wheels in, but that's no biggie. My last chair hurt my back because there was no lumbar support whatsoever. I appreciate that this chair has adequate support so I can sit longer to play my games!! It fits my tiny room perfectly as well, not taking up too much space." —Shana

It comes with a lumbar pillow and memory foam neck pillow!

Promising review: "This chair is extremely sturdy, the color is beautiful, the cloth instead of leather was a brilliant choice. The main thing I want to point out is that I like to cross my legs while playing — with my last gaming chair, I had to remove the arms completely and it just felt weird. With this gaming chair, you can actually lift the arms if you want, but you can also just extend the arms a little more by removing a couple of screws. The arms are still extremely sturdy and I have my leg room! LOVE LOVE LOVE!" —Cryptic

Get it from Amazon for $219.99+ (available in two styles: plush faux leather or soft fabric).

Promising review: "This chair is epic. Seriously, it’s amazing and surprisingly superior quality. This is NOT a cheap piece of garbage; after putting putting it together and using it, I realize I would have paid $300 for this chair. I had a low budget but wanted something for my office that I could relax and unwind in. Not only is it a perfect size with plenty of room to spare (I’m 5'10, 150 pounds, and my younger brother is 6'1, 180 pounds, and we both fit like a glove), the massage function works GREAT on the red chair. Plenty of settings, and it doesn’t feel cheap. Assembly took five minutes by myself and didn’t even need a screwdriver; everything clicks into place. If you’re even thinking about trying a gaming recliner, get the red chair with massage and never look back. FAST shipping too!" —J. Steele

Get it from Amazon for $139.99+ (available in eight styles, including an LED-lit version).

Promising reviews: "This chair has proved to be awesome. I've had it for a few months now and I use it more than my couch. I love being able to sit close to my TV while playing games and this lets me do that. When I'm not sitting on it, my dog has claimed it as her second bed, and she loves cuddling up on it with me, too." —executebravo

Promising reviews: "Imagine if you could buy a real life MMO restorative healing magic item. This is it! My HP bar goes back up when I sit in it. Fixed my back problems and whenever I feel I need to reset, I go back to my Embody. It was expensive but arguably one of the best purchases I've ever made. My only regret is that I never bought one sooner." —Mp

"My quest to find the best office chair for me started approximately two years ago. I tried all sorts, watched dozens of videos, would eagerly try out any chair I could, desperate to find The One. There was one chair that kept calling to me. The Embody. But I gave other chairs a chance. I went to local big box office stores, I tried some up-and-coming brands, I even tried the famous Aeron. But alas, the Embody was by far the chair I liked the best. And when Herman Miller released these new colorways, I was sold.

"It's fair to say that I'm like the Princess and the Pea when it comes to office chairs. Or maybe Goldilocks. I'm very picky. For me, I needed my chair to not only be comfortable and of excellent build quality, but hey, I'm a visual person, too. I couldn't have anything ugly. The Embody is anything but. Especially in this beautiful greenish-teal color that makes my heart sing and looks like it was MADE for my setup. I'm being dramatic. But yeah, I'm very happy with my chair. It's so adjustable and functional. The quality is there. It was worth saving up for." —Chris

Get it from Herman Miller for $1,995 (available in two base color options and four upholstery color options). You can check out more of their gaming chair styles here — they start at $895 if you want to see their cheaper options.
